Why I started this
Over the years, we've bought several homes here for our family. And like anyone who owns a house in Hot Springs, we've had our share of things break — the AC that quits in July, the leak nobody can find, the project that needs three quotes when you can barely get one call back.
Getting a straight answer and a fair quote took more phone calls, more no-shows, and more guessing than it should have. I kept thinking there had to be a better way to find the people who actually show up and do good work.
So I'm building it: a network of the most reliable home service pros in my hometown, and a simple way for neighbors to reach them.
Hot Springs is home
I grew up here. I went to Lake Hamilton schools for all 13 years and played in the band. I spent two years at National Park College, then went on to Arkansas Tech. When it came time to put down roots, I chose Hot Springs.
Our kids go to school here now. I'm involved at New Life Church, where I play drums a couple of times a month. And I've built my own service business in this town — a local cleaning company — so I know firsthand what it takes to run a home service business people can count on, and what homeowners expect when they let someone into their house.
That's the standard I hold the pros on this site to. If something ever goes wrong, I want to hear about it — email me at hello@hotspringshomepros.com.
