We use your information to understand your request, connect you with local service providers, follow up with you about your request, and improve the site. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with

When you submit a request and give consent, we share your contact information and project details with up to 3 independent local service providers who offer the service you requested in your area, so they can contact you about your project. Those providers may pay us for the introduction. We don't share your request with more than 3 providers, and we don't sell your information to data brokers or marketing list companies.

We also use service providers that help us run the site (hosting, databases, email delivery, and analytics). They process information on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

How providers use your information

Providers we connect you with are independent businesses with their own privacy practices. They may contact you by phone, text, or email about your project.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete the information we hold about you, by emailing hello@hotspringshomepros.com. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts. Once your request has been shared with a provider, contact that provider directly to stop their communications.

Data retention and security

We keep request information as long as needed to provide the service and for our business records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
