Terms of Use

Our service

Hot Springs Home Pros is a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent home service providers. We don't perform home services, employ the providers we refer, or guarantee their work, pricing, availability, licensing, or insurance.

Your responsibility

Before hiring any provider, you're responsible for confirming that they are appropriately licensed and insured for your project, checking references, and getting the agreement in writing. Any contract for services is solely between you and the provider.

Information on this site

Content on this site is general information, not professional, legal, or engineering advice. Requirements such as permits, licensing thresholds, and association rules change; confirm them with the relevant authority.

Listings and paid placements

Some providers may pay for placement or to receive requests. Paid placements are labeled. Where we describe checks we've performed on a business, those checks reflect the date stated and may not be current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hot Springs Home Pros isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from services performed by providers or from your use of the site.
